Lean and Six Sigma trainings for many needs

From our extensive Lean and Six Sigma training offering, you will find different levels of training or coaching programs tailored to the customer needs. These can be short briefings for management, introduction to the basic tools lasting a few days, or demanding, long-term GB or BB coaching leading to certification. We also deliver Lean and Six Sigma training as a valued partner for the Aalto University Executive Education programs.

The trainings can be arranged in a multi-channel manner, using a varying number of attendance days, remote training, and e-learning solutions. We enhance our teaching with group work, tests, and mentoring. We can serve our customers globally, as most of our trainings are available in English.

We also conduct multi-client training, which involves several different companies simultaneously. These popular trainings combine networking, exchange of experiences, and cost-effectiveness.
